I've got a question for all you knitters out there! I'm working on my first ever socks (whoo!) and I've got some colour work on the front, making character sprites. The bottom of the sock is just plain.

I find I'm having trouble keeping even tension when working with multiple colours (2 is fine, but I have spots with up to 5) or when I have long floats in the back, so I get that nasty puckering around the edges of the sprite.

Any tips for me to practice keeping even tension? Oh, and I'm working on circulars, if that makes a difference.

It's been spotty lately, especially since KnitLizzy has real jobs now (yay for her!), watching the polls is your best bet at catching a chat time. :D

Hi I've a question about which folder to post in. I made a tutorial on how to needle felt eyes on to amigurumi. Should I post it in the Tutorials or EMBELLISHED CRAFTS folder or should I even submit it at all to your group? :)

The Patterns and Tutorials folder would be the best place for that! :)
